Send Hedera NFTs in bulk

Send up to 500 Hedera NFTs to one wallet in one go. Up to 20 carry no SentX fee; larger sends get 100 free NFTs a day, then a small fee per NFT.

Bulk Send moves NFTs from your wallet to one other Hedera account. Pick them from any of your collections, check one review, and follow every transfer until it lands. People use it to move a collection to a new or hardware wallet, to gather NFTs into one account, or to hand a freshly minted batch to a team wallet.

What you need

  • The wallet that holds the NFTs, connected to SentX.
  • The account ID of the wallet that receives them, such as 0.0.12345.
  • A little HBAR for the network fees your wallet shows.

Two kinds of send

How a send works depends on its size. The page chooses for you from the number of NFTs you select.

Up to 20 NFTs
You sign the transfers yourself, one wallet request for every 10 NFTs. There is no SentX fee; you pay the Hedera network fees.
21 to 500 NFTs
You sign one approval, and SentX sends the NFTs you picked, 10 per transaction. 100 NFTs every 24 hours are free, then a small fee per NFT that drops the more you send. SentX pays the network fees of the transfers.

The 100 free NFTs are per wallet over a rolling 24 hours, and sends of 20 or fewer never use them up. The fee per NFT is priced in US dollars and charged in HBAR. You see the exact amount before you confirm anything.

The fee also drops with volume. The first 30 charged NFTs in 24 hours cost the full price, and each one after that costs a little less. Send 1,000 NFTs in a day and the charged ones average under half the full price; send 4,000 and they average about a quarter. It never drops below a tenth of the full price. Splitting a large move into several sends changes nothing: each send is priced from the charged NFTs the wallet sent in the last 24 hours.

A larger send can include NFTs from up to 40 collections.

Step 1: Open Bulk Send

Open Bulk Send with the wallet that holds the NFTs. In My NFTs it is the paper plane button in the toolbar. On a phone, open the three-dot menu there and choose Bulk send NFTs.

You can also tick NFTs in My NFTs and choose Send in the selection bar. That opens the same send in a window, with the NFTs already picked.

Result

  • You should now see your collections, each with the number of NFTs you hold.

Step 2: Pick the NFTs

Open a collection and tap the NFTs you want. Each one gets a tick, and the selected count keeps the running total. Picking a few hundred one by one is slow, so the collection window has faster ways:

  • Select all takes every NFT in the list.
  • Take the first picks a number of NFTs from the top of the list. Type the number, or step it with the minus and plus buttons.
  • Select range, then tap the first and the last NFT of a run. On a computer you can click one NFT and Shift-click another instead.
  • The sort menu decides what is at the top, for example Serial, low to high or Unlisted first.

NFTs that are listed for sale or staked show why and can't be picked. Delist or unstake them first if you want to send them.

Result

  • You should now see the number of NFTs selected and, for a larger send, how many are free and the fee.

Step 3: Choose the recipient

Enter the account ID under Recipient account. Every NFT in a send goes to that one account. To send NFTs to several people, make one send for each of them.

The recipient has to be able to hold each collection. For a send of up to 20, the account needs to have associated the collection or to have a free automatic association slot. For a larger send, it must have associated every collection beforehand. Either way, the page names any collection the recipient can't take before anything moves. Token association explains what association is.

Step 4: Review and send

Choose Review. The review shows the recipient and the number of NFTs. For a larger send it also shows how many go free, how many are charged, the price per NFT (with the full price beside it once your volume has lowered it) and the total fee in HBAR with its value in dollars. Read the recipient once more: a transfer on Hedera can't be reversed.

Choose Send to confirm. For up to 20 NFTs your wallet asks you to sign the transfers. For a larger send it asks for one approval instead, or two or more when the send has more than 19 collections.

The approval lets the SentX NFT transfer account (0.0.10903142) move NFTs from the collections in the send, and take up to the fee you just reviewed. It covers every NFT you hold in those collections, including ones you get later, not only the ones you picked. SentX sends only the NFTs on your review.

Result

  • You should now see the steps of the send, then its progress.

Step 5: Follow the send

The page shows where every NFT is: waiting in your wallet, on the way, being confirmed, delivered or not sent. Each batch of 10 has its own HashScan link, so you can check any transfer on the ledger.

A larger send keeps going if you close the page. Open Bulk Send again to see its progress, or how it ended.

When the send ends, the delivered NFTs leave your list. Choose Start a new send to clear the page for the next one.

Result

  • You should now see Delivered on every NFT that reached the recipient.

Remove the approval

After a larger send, the approval stays on your wallet until you remove it. Once the send has finished, Remove approval on the Bulk Send page takes it off with one wallet confirmation and a small network fee. You can also remove it in Settings › Allowance. Your next larger send asks for a new approval either way.

What can't be sent

  • NFTs that are listed for sale or staked. Delist or unstake them first.
  • NFTs from a collection its creator has paused.
  • NFTs from a collection whose royalty has a fallback fee. Hedera charges that fee to the receiver, who would have to sign the transfer as well.
  • In a larger send, NFTs from a collection with a fixed or fractional transfer fee.
  • NFTs on Hedera's EVM (ERC-721). Bulk Send moves Hedera Token Service NFTs.

If some NFTs were not sent

  • NFTs that were not sent stay in your wallet, and they stay selected on the page. Fix what stopped them, then review the send again.
  • A batch that failed gives its free NFTs back to your daily free count.
  • The recipient had not associated a collection: ask them to associate it, then send again.
  • Your wallet holds too many allowances: Hedera allows 100 per account. Remove the ones you no longer use, or send fewer collections at once.
  • The page shows Check again: it lost sight of the send for a moment. Choose it before you send the same NFTs a second time.
  • Still unclear: write to SentX support with your account ID, the recipient and the HashScan links.
