Ask your AI assistant about the SentX market

Add SentX to Claude or ChatGPT with a sign-in, or to Cursor and VS Code with a free key, then ask about floors, listings, sales and wallets in plain language.

SentX runs an MCP server at https://mcp.sentx.io/mcp. It puts live SentX market data inside the AI assistants people already use: Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, and agents built on the OpenAI or Anthropic APIs.

You ask in plain language. The assistant fetches the numbers from SentX and answers from current listings, sales and floors instead of from what the model remembers. MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is the open standard these assistants use to reach outside data.

What you can ask

Start with the whole market:

  • What is the top collection today on SentX?
  • What sold on SentX in the last hour?

Or name a collection, or paste a token ID or an account ID, then ask. For example:

  • What is the floor price of this collection right now?
  • Find the cheapest listing with a gold background.
  • Which NFTs does this wallet hold?
  • What sold in this collection in the last 24 hours, and for how much?
  • Are there open offers on serial 42, and how far below the asking price are they?
  • How much did the whole market trade in the last 24 hours?
  • What does it cost to generate a video with DreamForge?

The assistant decides which tools to call and can chain them, for example finding a collection by name before it checks the floor for one trait.

The tools

Your assistant sees each of these as a tool it can call.

  1. Find a collection by name. Turns a name into the collection's Hedera token ID, which the other tools use.
  2. Search collections. The top 25 collections by trading volume over a period you choose, with floor, sales and owner counts.
  3. Floor price. The lowest current listing price in a collection, or among NFTs with one trait or a combination of traits.
  4. Floor price per trait. The values of each trait in a collection, with how many NFTs carry each, how many are listed, its floor and its best offer.
  5. Listings. NFTs for sale now, filtered by collection, seller or trait and sorted by price, date or serial.
  6. Offers. Buy offers on NFTs in a collection, on a single NFT or involving a wallet, shown next to the seller's asking price.
  7. Sales activity. Recent sales, new listings and price changes for one collection or the whole market.
  8. One NFT's details. Image, traits, rarity rank and current price for one serial, or a page of a collection.
  9. A wallet's holdings. The NFTs a Hedera account holds, read from the public ledger.
  10. The whole market today. Sales volume and number of sales for the last 24 hours, with the change against the day before.
  11. One collection's facts. Floor, sales volume, owners and supply for any collection SentX tracks, not only the top 25.
  12. Event history. Listings, price changes, sales and delistings for a collection or a single NFT, or only what changed since a time you name.
  13. AI model prices. Every DreamForge image, video, music and 3D model with its price in US dollars.
  14. About SentX. Marketplace fees, supported wallets and links to the guides, for questions about SentX itself.

Developers will find them under their tool names: resolve_collection, search_collections, get_floor, get_trait_floors, get_listings, get_offers, get_activity, get_nft, get_wallet_holdings, get_market_summary, get_collection_facts, get_market_events, get_ai_models and get_platform_info.

Use SentX in Claude or ChatGPT

Add SentX as a connector with the address https://mcp.sentx.io/mcp, then ask about the market in plain words. You need no key and no account.

Each connection uses one of the five agent keys a network address can create per day. To end it, remove SentX from the app's connectors.

claude.ai and Claude Desktop

  1. Open Settings, then Connectors, and choose Add custom connector.
  2. Paste the address, set sign-in to Sign in when needed and add it.
  3. The first time you ask about SentX, Claude shows a Connect button that opens a SentX page. Choose Allow.

A connector you add on claude.ai also appears in Claude Desktop.

The SentX sign-in page titled Connect Claude (claude.ai) to SentX. It says the app can read public market data, cannot buy, sell, list or move anything, and is not linked to a wallet or an account, above an Allow and a Cancel button.
The SentX page your assistant opens the first time. It names the app that is asking; Allow connects it.

ChatGPT

Turn on Developer mode (Settings, then Apps, then Advanced settings), create an app with the address and OAuth as its sign-in, and choose Allow on the SentX page.

Claude Code

Run this command, then /mcp, pick sentx and sign in.

claude mcp add --transport http sentx https://mcp.sentx.io/mcp

To use a key instead, add --header "x-api-key: sxagent-..." to the command.

Connect with an agent key

Cursor, VS Code, Gemini CLI, scripts and your own agents use a free agent key instead. One request creates it, and it goes in the x-api-key header.

Step 1: Create a read-only agent key

Connect your wallet, open Settings and go to the SentX API tab. Create a key in the Agent keys card. Developers can also create one with a single request and no account, as the SentX API page shows.

The key starts with sxagent- and is shown only once, so store it straight away. A key made in Settings stays linked to your wallet, which is how you can see and revoke it later.

Step 2: Add SentX to your client

Add an MCP server with the address https://mcp.sentx.io/mcp and a request header named x-api-key that holds your key. Cursor, VS Code and the OpenAI and Anthropic APIs each take the address and key in their own settings. The SentX API page has the exact setup for each client.

If the assistant reports that no agent key was sent, check the header name and the key.

Safety

  • It only reads. It cannot buy, sell, list, transfer or sign, so an agent can research the whole market without spending a tinybar.
  • It never connects to your wallet and cannot see your private account data. Wallet holdings come from the public Hedera ledger, which anyone can read.
  • You can revoke a key in Settings at any time, and end a sign-in connection by removing SentX from the app's connectors.
  • Rate limits keep agent traffic from slowing the marketplace for everyone else.
  • Every answer says when the data was read and the most its figures can lag, so your assistant can tell you when a price may already have moved.

A listing can still sell between the answer and your next step. When you buy on SentX, the price is checked again at the moment you approve the transaction.

Not available yet

This release answers questions. It does not include:

  • Buying, selling or listing through an agent.
  • Your private account data.

Common questions

Does it cost anything?

No. The sign-in and agent keys are free. Your AI assistant may charge for its own plan or usage, as it would for any other task.

Do I need a wallet?

No. The sign-in in Claude and ChatGPT is not linked to a wallet or an account. A key you create in Settings stays linked to your wallet so you can revoke it, and developers can create a key with a single API request and no account, as the SentX API page shows. The assistant itself never connects to a wallet.

How current are the answers?

Listings and offers are at most 30 seconds old; collection floors, sales and wallet holdings at most a minute; the top collections list at most 2 minutes; one NFT's details at most 5 minutes; the market summary and AI model prices at most 10 minutes; one collection's facts at most 3 minutes; the event history at most 30 seconds; trait floors up to 15 minutes. Each answer states its own limit.

Which assistants can connect?

Claude (claude.ai, Claude Desktop and Claude Code) and ChatGPT connect with a sign-in. Cursor, VS Code, Gemini CLI, scripts and agents you build on the OpenAI or Anthropic APIs use a free agent key in the x-api-key header.

What does SentX receive?

The tool requests your assistant sends, such as a collection name or a token ID, with the key or sign-in they use and the network address they come from. SentX does not receive the rest of your conversation.

Is this investment advice?

No. The tools return market data, and nothing they return is investment advice.
