Prepare a larger NFT mint in DreamForge

Prepare multiple NFT drafts in DreamForge, check copy counts, pin files and mint eligible entries. Learn how to verify a larger mint operation.

A larger collection uses the same stages as your first NFT: prepare the entries, check the files, pin them and mint. The extra work is keeping the selection and copy counts under control.

Finish one complete mint before preparing the full collection. That first result lets you check the artwork, metadata and wallet display before repeating the process.

Organize the source files

Keep the original artwork and metadata in a collection folder with a clear naming scheme. Separate material ready to mint from drafts that still need editing.

If you are importing a prepared folder, follow the metadata import guide. An import entry number is not a promise of the serial number Hedera will assign later.

Review the drafts

Open the collection's Prepare & mint area. Check names, images, traits and the Copies value for each entry.

Count copies as well as rows. Ten rows with five copies each represent fifty NFTs, not ten. Compare the intended mint with the collection's available supply before proceeding.

Result

  • You should now have a set of drafts whose total copy count matches your release plan.

Pin the selected files

Select the entries you are ready to pin and choose Pin to IPFS. Review the file count, size and quoted charge before approval.

When pinning completes, open representative previews and check the stored addresses. Keep the source files and metadata. File availability still depends on storage being maintained.

Result

  • You should now see the selected entries as pinned and ready for the next operation.

Mint the intended entries

Review the selection again before choosing Mint. Mint all eligible includes every eligible pinned draft, so use it only when that is the set you intend to mint.

Read the cost and confirmation presented by SentX and your connected wallet. Keep the operation reference and let the existing operation report its result.

Result

  • You should see minted serials recorded against completed entries. Compare the confirmed result with the intended copy total before continuing.

Check the result before the next batch

Inspect several serials, including entries from different artwork or trait groups. Confirm their collection token ID, media and metadata. A correct first item does not prove that every imported row was matched correctly.

Minting creates NFTs. It does not automatically list them or configure a launch. Plan the collector release separately.

If an operation is interrupted

Check the existing operation and its transaction results. Do not start another full mint because the page timed out or some serials have not appeared. Identify what has already completed and ask support about unresolved entries before retrying them.
