This Cookie Policy describes the cookies and similar technologies used by SENTX LABS, SL (NIF (VAT) B16403198, registered office at C/ Ortega y Gasset 9, 6th & 7th floor, 30009 Murcia, Spain) on the SentX platform (the “Service”). It is published in compliance with Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC (the ePrivacy Directive) as transposed into Spanish law by Article 22(2) of Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), and complements our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. The Service also uses similar technologies such as localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, pixels, and SDK identifiers. Throughout this policy, “cookies” refers to all such technologies unless otherwise specified.
2. Categories of cookies we use
Strictly necessary (always on, no consent required)
These are required for the Service to function: authentication state, wallet connection state, CSRF protection, security rate-limiting, language preference, and the cookie consent record itself. They are loaded on first visit and cannot be disabled in the consent banner because the Service cannot operate without them.

Marketing
SentX does not currently set marketing or advertising cookies. Should we introduce any in the future, this Cookie Policy will be updated and your consent will be requested via the cookie banner before any such cookie is set.
3. How to manage your preferences
You can change your cookie preferences at any time by clicking the button below. This will reopen the consent banner and reset your stored preferences.
You can also disable or delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling strictly-necessary cookies may break authentication or wallet connection.
4. International transfers
Several analytics providers (Google, Microsoft Clarity, Sentry) may process cookie-derived data in the United States. SentX relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for these transfers, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
5. Updates to this Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when our cookie use changes. When we add cookies in a new category that requires your consent, the consent banner will be presented again. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
